Like the AK-47, the M4A1 is one of the most recognizable rifles in Counter-Strike 1.6. Reliable, accurate, and easy to control in experienced hands, it has long been the CT side’s answer to the AK-47. Its balance of recoil, accuracy, and fire rate helped shape competitive play for years. Because of its popularity, the community created many custom skins to give the rifle a different visual style.
