As the Counter-Strike 2 competitive landscape evolves, it’s time to say goodbye to Premier Season One and welcome Season Two with fresh updates and exciting changes.
A Special Reward for Season One Players
To honor players who participated in Premier Season One, Valve is rewarding everyone who earned a CS Rating with an exclusive Premier Season One Medal. This isn’t just a cosmetic item—it includes detailed personal stats from your season. By clicking on the medal in your inventory, you can review your CS Rating progression, playtime trends, and map-specific performance, helping you refine your strategies for Season Two.
Season Two Brings a Fresh Start
Before Season Two officially kicks off, there will be a one-day Premier downtime to allow for CS Rating recalibration based on your performance from the previous season. Once the new season starts, all players will need to re-establish their CS Rating by winning 10 matches.
Key Changes in Season Two
With the new season comes some exciting changes to maps and weapons:
✅ Train is back in the Active Duty map pool!
❌ Vertigo has been removed from Active Duty.
💰 M4A4 is now cheaper, making it a more viable option.
🎯 FAMAS receives an accuracy boost (both standing and crouching) along with a price reduction
How to Earn the Premier Season Two Medal
If you want to secure your Premier Season Two Medal, make sure you:
✔ Have an account in good standing
✔ Win at least 25 Premier matches
✔ Have an active CS Rating at the end of the season
Unlike Season One’s medal, the color of your Season Two Medal will match your highest CS Rating, and additional bars will be added for every 25 wins, up to a maximum of five bars.
